The whole house has been designed and built paying special attention to the environmental impact: the materials, the solutions all contribute to keep low our impact on the planet. This focus has enabled us to achieve high efficiency of the structure (A class) and adhere to the TripAdvisor's "Eco Leaders" program by obtaining the Gold level.

• The structure uses eco-compatible materials with excellent insulating properties
• The windows are double-glazed and materials that allow an excellent acoustic and thermal insulation
• The heating is achieved by an high efficiency heat pump
• Hot water during the summer comes solely from the solar panels on the roof
• We use low power and high efficiency lamps
• Wastes are recycled
• We collect rainwater to irrigate our fruit trees during the summer
